Within a week and a half of contacting Amy Schmitt to contract her services selling a substantial amount of property, I had three serious offers from three well recognized and established developers. This was BEFORE the properties were listed for sale on the MLS. Mrs. Schmitt knows the right people! This was then quickly followed by a fourth interested party and one property sold, and closed within a month. The next property sold quickly afterwards to one of the original bidders. This all speaks to how well respected and connected Amy is to real-estate professionals and developers; locally and nationally. Amy not only sold the property but tackled the bureaucratic paper maze that had to be navigated and accomplished for annexation into the city; surveying, wetlands studies, negotiations, etc. Not only did she conquer this bureaucratic mountain of red tape – a regulatory nightmare for the layman, but she even grabbed a shovel and worked with me for several days to resolve a major landscaping issue that could have delayed progress. She kept me continually appraised of progress, providing assurances and took action to ensure the deals came to successful closings with all parties.
